Antisocial & Narcisstic Personailty Disorders in regards to Leadership & Power

It seems quite obvious that people with these personality disorders, do not possess, or will possess, the necessary qualities for leadership. They should never have power positions. It they do they will govern without much care for the people. Through history, they have been the one’s who have caused so much destruction.

It may seem that this is discriminatory. Perhaps it is, but I believe the people deserve sane leadership with their best interests at heart. I believe they deserve qualified people who will work together for the betterment of all.

I would like to see this apply everywhere, but especially in government (all levels) and public service. People wanting to run for office etc. should be required to get a clean bill for mental health prior to announcing candidacy. I myself have mental health issues which have left me with a number occupations which I would not be suited for. It is what is. One would not hire a blind piolet. At least not yet. Again, it is about qualified individuals for the job.

These people have always been, and if we don’t start dealing with them, they will gain more power and collaboration. They will put policies in place that help themselves They make it difficult for those with good intentions work with them. Working around toxicity is not beneficial for anyone. Anywhere, authoritarianism rises be suspect.

They are what is wrong on this planet and world. Most of us want peace and healthy planet.
